  1. You need of Cauliflower half potion,potato 3 pieces, ginger paste 1tsp,salt.
  2. Provide of Cumin powder 1tsp,coriander powder half tsp,sugar,mustard oil.
  3. Use of Red chilli powder 1tsp, turmeric powder 1tsp,cashew paste 1tsp.
  4. Provide of Coriander leaves,garam masala powder 1tsp,dried melon seeds1tsp.
  5. Prepare of Tomato 1medium size,cumin half tsp,bay leaves 2 pcs.

Instructions to make Cauliflower-potato curry:

  1. Firstly cut the cauliflower and potatoes into pieces. Make tomato paste,dried melon seed,cashew paste. Cut coriander leaves..
  2. Take a kadai and heat oil..
  3. Fry cauliflower pieces and keep it in a bowl..
  4. Next fry potato pieces and keep aside..
  5. Add some oil in the kadai. Next add cumin and bay leaves..
  6. Add tomato paste,ginger paste and cook it 2mins..
  7. Add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, sugar, salt and little amount water. Mix them well..
  8. Add cashew paste, dried melon seed paste to it..
  9. Mix and cook it..
  10. Add fried cauliflower and potatoes into it..
  11. Add some water to boil and cover it for 5 mins..
  12. When these are boiled....add garam masala powder..
  13. Add coriander leaves and serve it..

Place the Spice/Herb Ingredients in a small bowl, mix well, set aside.; Prepare all the veggies as the recipe comes together fast. Add a tablespoon of water if they start to stick to prevent them from burning. Taste the curry and season with salt and pepper if you desire. If you want more liquid/gravy, add up to another ½ cup of coconut milk depending on the amount you want.
